Killing stray dogs

My opinion about killing stray dogs to prevent sanitary problems and animal over population is something unnecessary and cruel. The irresponsibility of the people is the reason of exist the stray dogs and kill it is the easy form to end the problem. Fixing the problem needs that the owner of dogs to responsibilities with its care and they don’t abandon their pets. The animals are like children, sometimes are naughty and destructive but aren’t bad.

Legalizing abortion in some cases

I think that about the legalizing abortion would be a right to all women. Obviously in extreme cases like rape or when the mother or the fetus would be dangerous the abortion would be legalizing. But, also I think the abortion would be legalized in all situations, is a right. 

Recycling 

The recycling is necessary, can prevent the waste of potentially useful materials and reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, thereby reducing: energy usage, air pollution (from incineration), and water pollution (from landfilling).

Recyclable materials include many kinds of glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, tires, textiles, and electronics. Chile needs a politically of recycling. 

Violence in television 

Television can be a powerful influence in developing value systems, much of today's television programming is violent.

Studies of the effects of TV violence on children and teenagers have found that children may: begin to accept violence as a way to solve problems and imitate the violence they observe on television.

The television not will change, is necessary the parents know that watch their children.
